Locally grown (on Malo Burro Farms, Adamsville, TX) green tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers pickled in a kimchi brine. We only have one left, but we will be making a new batch in the spring/summer when we have fresh produce!

A tangy twist on classic ketchup, packaged in an 8 oz jar. This sauce has quickly become a favorite dip—especially with my sweet potato jalapeño tater tots. It has a slightly thinner consistency than traditional red tomato ketchup and contains no preservatives.
Made in a commercial kitchen using tomatoes grown by Burro Malo Farm in Adamsville, TX. This product can be considered vegan-friendly if you are comfortable with the use of a small amount of honey.

Sweet and smoky, our Peach Chipotle BBQ Sauce combines the sweet flavor of ripe peaches (locally grown at Jenschke Orchards in Fredericksburg, TX), with a fiery kick of chipotle peppers. Perfectly balanced with a hint of tang, it adds a bold, fruity heat to grilled favorites, chicken, ribs, and more.

In Germany we called them Doner Kabobs, but it’s the same thing. We make everything homemade: warmed pita bread, tzatziki, hummus, gyro meat made with 50/50 lamb and beef, with lettuce, tomato, onion, and feta.
